As high school and independent counselors, you are an integral partner to our admission team.
As we work together to recruit the next class of incredible students, we want to ensure you have all the information you may need to support your students through their college search journey. Required Admission Documents
After one of your students submits their application to Rollins, you should receive an email that outlines the additional documents the student needs to submit to complete their application. Every applicant needs to submit:
- High school transcript
- Secondary high school report form
- Academic letter of recommendation from a teacher, counselor, or other academic reference
- Official SAT/ACT scores or apply Test Optional
- International Applicants Only: Non-US Citizen Financial Aid Application
- International Applicants Only: Official TOEFL iBT, IELTS, or Duolingo English Test scores if English is not the student's native language. For information about waiving this requirement, visit our FAQs.
How to Submit Documents
Regardless of application, all documents can be submitted through email at admission@rollins.edu, Slate.org, Parchment, Scoir, standard mail, or fax at 407-646-1502. If your student applied through the Common Application, you can also submit their documents through Naviance. Hard copies can be mailed to:

Types of Admission
There are several types of admission that students can apply for at Rollins. In addition to traditional first-year students, we also admit a cohort of transfer students each spring and fall.

Early Decision I & II
If Rollins is your student’s top choice, Early Decision is a great option for taking advantage of key benefits. Applicants need to submit their application by the November 15 deadline or January 5 for Round II. Early Decision is binding.

Early Action
Early Action is our non-binding option. Applicants need to apply by November 15 and Rollins must be in receipt of all application materials no later than November 24. Early Action applicants are considered for our full range of scholarships–ranging from $15,000 to full tuition, room, and board, and will be notified of their decision by January 15.

Regular Decision
Students who would like to start college in the fall semester, but aren't ready to apply early should apply Regular Decision. The deadline to apply Regular Decision is February 1.

High School Counselor Visits
Would you like to visit Rollins for yourself as a high school counselor or independent college consultant? We invite you to request a time to come to tour campus, learn about our personalized learning pathways, and meet one-on-one with an admission counselor.

Group Tours
Do you have a large group of students who want to learn about Rollins? A group tour is for you. These specially curated experiences are for a group of up to 50 total people from secondary schools or community-based organizations. Please submit your request at least three weeks in advance of when you'd like to visit.

On-Campus Counselor Events
By invitation, we host high school counselors on campus each year for special counselor drive-in and fly-in events. Please reach out to Kristina Bracero, Assistant Director of Admission for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, at kbracero@rollins.edu to learn more about these opportunities.
