Students will benefit from a residential life program that is fully committed to empowering students to make the most of their experience in the residential facilities. More than 65 percent of Rollins students live on campus in our residential facilities, which range in format from traditional residence halls to apartments.

Study Abroad - Housing is available for students that need only fall or spring housing due to participation in study abroad.
Residency Requirement
All full-time College of Liberal Arts students must live on campus for three (3) years or six (6) semesters.
Students who fall within the residency requirement and want to live off campus must submit a Housing Exemption application through their MyRollins account via My Housing.
Exceptions to the residency requirement are typically made for students who meet one or more of the following criteria:
- Married students
- Military Veterans
- Non-degree-seeking students or second-degree-seeking students.
- Students aged 16 years or younger by the earliest move-in date available to incoming students.
- Students aged 21 or older at the point of enrollment
- Students whose permanent residence, living with their parent/guardian, is within 50-mile radius of the College.
- Students who have legal dependents.
- Students who have completed at least 72 credits, or an AA at another college/university after high school.
- Transfer students who have lived on campus for four (4) semesters at another college/university after high school.
- Students whose situations do not meet the listed criteria may request an exemption based on compelling individual circumstances to be considered by Residential Life & Explorations.
Meal Plan Information
All residential students are required to have a meal plan. There are meal plan options avaible for commuter students and faculty/staff. For information on how to select a meal plan go to Rollins Dining Services. To purchase Dining Dollars and TarBuc$ go to eAccounts and follow the instructions.
